Your first appointment with Dr. Jen is designed to be both comprehensive and deeply personal. She begins by getting to know you — listening to your full health story, lifestyle patterns, daily stresses, and goals for your well-being. Every detail helps paint a complete picture of your health so that your care can be tailored specifically to your needs.

Next, Dr. Jen will perform a thorough physical examination, evaluating posture, movement, structural alignment, and nervous system function. This process helps identify not only areas of discomfort or imbalance but also the underlying patterns contributing to how your body feels and functions.

Based on her findings, Dr. Jen will design a customized wellness plan that supports both immediate relief and long-term healing. Your plan may include a blend of chiropractic care, gentle corrective or cranial techniques, lifestyle and postural coaching, nutritional and detoxification support, exercise or movement guidance, and individualized supplement recommendations.

Each element of care is chosen with intention — to help your body restore balance, improve communication through the nervous system, and build lasting vitality. In our office, we certainly include these types of adjustments for those individuals for whom they are deemed appropriate; however, we also offer a very gentle and diverse array of healing modalities designed to treat patients of all ages and a variety of conditions. Osteopathic Cranial Sacral
